Purpose of the register:
The personal data in the register is used to develop Adeonan's business and to manage marketing and customer relations.
Data content of the register:
We process personal data needed for marketing and customer relations management:
- Name and contact information for the company, i.e. company address and phone number and work email address
- Activity data related to marketing and customer relations
- Information about e-mail orders
- Information about your reported interests
- Your participation in training and customer events
- Marketing measures aimed at you and the information you provide or receive in connection with them
- Direct marketing permits and prohibitions
Providing the name and contact information is a prerequisite for managing the customership.
Recruitment:
In connection with recruitment, we process the information you provide yourself when applying for a job.
Information sources:
The information in the register is gathered from Adeonan's own activities or it is obtained from the registered person and from public sources.
Data transfer and transfer:
Data is primarily processed by Adeona Oy.
Information is not disclosed or transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
As a general rule, information is not disclosed outside of Adeona Oy. From time to time we may disclose information to Adeonan's partners, for example for marketing purposes, but always in accordance with the GDPR.
How long do we store your personal data?
We retain personal data as long as it is necessary for the purposes of personal data processing or to comply with our legal obligations.
The customer's personal information is kept for five years from the end of the regular customer relationship. Accounting material is kept for six years from the end of the year in which the accounting period has ended.
If you have not paid the invoice and possible collection costs by the end of the storage period, we will store the data until the amount has been paid in full or it can no longer be demanded.
We keep personal data collected for marketing purposes until we are asked to stop processing personal data for marketing purposes.
Registry protection:
Access to the space where the customer database is located is limited. The right to access the database via the public data network is protected.

From time to time, the so-called cookies ("cookies"). Cookies can be used to collect information about the user's browser and the movements that take place in the browser, as well as the IP address of the user's computer, i.e. from which internet address the data sent by the user comes from and where it is received.

We use Leadoo's user tracking to monitor how our Users move around our website and combine this data with user information that is collected, for example, through chat interactions. Leadoo uses etag tracking, which is different from cookie-based tracking, combining data from several user sessions together.
