As usual, we look at how product information management affects sales and customer experience, among other things, and what things have changed since the last barometer. Previous research results have excellently reflected the everyday life of commercial product information management in Finnish companies.
We need the opinion of every Finnish product information management professional so that this year's research results are also comprehensive and descriptive. During April, by anonymously answering a five-minute long survey, you can contribute to improving product information management!
For each answer, as in previous years, we will donate one euro to MIELI Suomen Mielenterveys ry. In addition, if you wish, you will receive a summary of the main results and conclusions of the study.
