Necessary materials are e.g. images, product descriptions, user manuals with language versions, dimensions, material and environmental information of the furniture, as well as CAD images necessary for planning - e.g. all this information is managed through Adeona.


Sales Tool and Media Bank as sales boosters

Martela uses the Adeona Sales Tool to produce price lists, order confirmations and automatically generated product cards. Product cards can be downloaded with up-to-date information from Martela's website and product information intranet.

With the help of Media Bank, product and environment images can be shared both internally and to different types of partners smoothly, and the conversions created automatically from the images are suitable for a wide range of usage needs.

Multi-channel first

The need for centralized product information management was driven by web reform and the goal that the new websites serve different stakeholders as well as possible. Centralized material management made it possible to automate publishing to the global online service, country-specific online services, global media bank, product information intranet and product cards.
