The processing of large amounts of data in several different channels is enabled by Etra's highly automated, seamless data transfer between Digia's enterprise resource planning system and Adeona PIM. In addition to a carefully thought-out data model and a master system defined for each piece of information, the processing of the mass of data is aided by an integration interface that combines ERP and PIM data and through which all Etra product information can be published to the necessary channels with fast update cycles.

Etra has enough product information: there are about 350 items in ERP, 000 in PIM and 200 in the online store. Etra has its own Online Stores in Finland, Sweden and Estonia. In addition to the online store, product information is published in several other channels, such as sellers' Ote tool and Etra's mobile application. In addition, the application architecture includes integrations with several other material banks and applications, for example RT product information and shelving machines.

In addition to online visibility, customer-specific product catalogs and price lists are an important trading aid for Etra. With the help of publishing automation, lists that can be updated are created quickly, and it no longer takes weeks to make them. Information is provided to the customer quickly.

Adeona Sales Tool is used to produce pictorial offer attachments, selection lists and customer-specific Excel or PDF price lists. Sales Tool retrieves, for example, the offer selection or customer-specific prices from the ERP in real time. All publications can be made with or without ERP's offer or customer-specific prices.

Sales Tool also produces pictorial shelf edge labels and price tags for Megacenter stores. All product information can be found centrally in Adeona PIM, so there is no need to search for it. Materials in line with the corporate look are created with a few clicks of a button.
