Smart Import templates
With Smart Import, you can define Excel import templates, which can be used to automate product updates, for example, from Excel materials from different suppliers.
You can, for example, map the supplier's data to Adeona PIM field identifiers in predefined Smart import templates and take into account conversions, for example, from grams to kilograms. Using these templates, you can directly import product information suitable for the data model into the Adeona PIM system.
The source file from which the information is imported does not have to contain the Adeona PIM product code, but any unique identifier can be used as a connecting factor, which can be used to match the product information to the right product. For example, a GTIN code or an electricity number can be used as an identifier.
If necessary, Smart Import can also be automated so that the functionality reads the specified source files from the SFTP folder on a scheduled basis.
Smart Import is an additional paid Add-on functionality that is installed for customers upon request.
Configurable Enrichment Scores
The enrichment indicator shows how much attribute values have been defined for each product and how much of the mandatory fields have been completed. With the latest version update, the metrics can be set according to the customer's needs, i.e. in Adeona PIMs, it is therefore possible to monitor, for example, only the degree of enrichment of marketing data in Finnish or only the degree of enrichment of ERP data.
There can be several enrichment indicators and it is possible to assign language version possibilities to them. Administrators can define the necessary metrics in the Adeona PIM user interface, and two favorite metrics can be selected to be displayed on the product page in the form of a graph. In addition, it is possible to search and filter products based on enrichment meters.
