Product information management in Finland in 2024 - answer our survey!

Together with Tutkimustoimisto Vastakaiku Oy, we investigate the state of commercial product information management in Finland - now for the fourth year in a row. This year, the focus of the barometer is e.g. utilization of artificial intelligence, responsibility and the effects of legislative changes in the management of product data.

The study examines how product information management affects sales and customer experience, among other things, and what things have changed since last year. In addition, the study asks how goal-oriented the management of product information management is. The research results of previous years have excellently described the everyday life of commercial product information management in Finnish companies and have given direction for development.

The opinion of all product information management professionals is essential so that the research results are comprehensive and give the correct picture of the state of product information management in Finland. We hope that as many people working with product information as possible would answer the approximately five-minute survey anonymously during April. In this way, you can contribute to the fact that the research provides extensive and accurate information.
