The results of our March NPS survey: Adeona's NPS is 83!

We currently ask our customers about their willingness to recommend four times a year. As a result of our March survey, Adeona's NPS index is 83 and our software Adeona PIM's NPS index is 76. A big thank you to all the answers and insights that help us move forward.

In the fall of 2023, we conducted an extensive customer satisfaction survey, after which we decided to start asking about willingness to recommend and customer satisfaction more often than before. Therefore, in March we conducted a short NPS survey, in which we asked our customers about their willingness to recommend Adeona as a company and separately for Adeona PIM software. In addition, the respondents had the opportunity to leave open comments if they wished.

We received answers from 34.3 % of the target group. Adeona as a company received an NPS index of 83 from the respondents, and the recommendation index for Adeona PIM software is now 76. We consider the results to be excellent, and in addition to the numerical evaluation, both Adeona as a company, our staff and the software received a lot of praise in open comments.
